Singapore Airlines has signed a letter of intent with Airbus for seven A350F freighter aircraft, with options to order five more of the widebody jet’s cargo version. Singapore Airlines has completed sale-and-leaseback transactions for 11 widebody aircraft, comprising seven A350-900s and four B787-10s, raising S$2b or US$1.5b in the process. SIA delivers more vaccine jabs to Singapore
Singapore is set to ramp up its vaccination programme as the first shipment of Moderna’s vaccine arrived in the city state on board Singapore Airlines’ B747-400 freighter. Flight SQ7137 flew in from Brussels with the vaccine doses on 17 February.
