A new freighter operator will grace the runway at Changi Airport to begin scheduled freighter services between Singapore and Australia. DHL Express is making minor tweaks to its air network in Asia Pacific to meet the ecommerce boom that has spread across the region, particularly in Vietnam and Malaysia. The express service provider will now operate direct flights to Penang (PEN) from its central Asian hub in Hong Kong (HGK), replacing the previous route connected via Ho Chi Minh (SGN). Polar Air Cargo obtains CEIV Pharma certification
Polar Air Cargo is set to fly more pharma shipments after the cargo operator and its sibling Atlas Air obtained the Center of Excellence for Independent Validators (CEIV) Corporate Pharma credential from IATA.
