Ethiopian Cargo shifts from Brussels to Maastricht

Ethiopian Airlines (ET) has announced it will stop flying cargo into Brussels and will instead shift the 5-6 weekly cargo-flights, amounting to 40,000 to 50,000 tonnes, to Maastricht-Aachen Airport in the Netherlands. The Ethiopian cargo freight to and from Belgium consists mainly of flowers along with cargo for Starbroker, the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. Two of the flights will also stop at Dubai while a third flight will continue to Addis Ababa and twice a week ET Cargo will fly the route Maastricht-Shanghai. All flights will be operated by B777Fs.
