Approved by the CAAC in February 2009, Shunfeng Airways was jointly set up by ChinaÃ¢â‚¬™s largest privately owned express delivery company, SF Express and Shenzhen Tai Hai Investment Co with a total initial capital of RMB 125 million, of which RMB 100 million was invested by Shenzhen Tai Hai and the remainder by SF Express.
