State-owned Japan Post will buy Australian logistics company Toll Holdings Ltd. for US$5.07 billion, as it seeks new sources of growth ahead of an initial public offering planned for later this year. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) released full-year air cargo data for 2014 showing 4.5 per cent demand growth compared to 2013 measured by freight tonne kilometres (FTKs), marking a "significant acceleration" from the 1.4 per cent recorded in 2013 over 2012. 200 ACC3 certs expire without incident: IATA
