PAL to add direct A340 service Cebu-LA
Philippine Airlines announced plans to launch direct flights between the Philippines’ second largest city of Cebu City and Los Angeles. The service will commence 15 March 2016, to coincide with the national carrier’s 75th anniversary and will operate three times a week using an A340 aircraft. Polar Air Cargo Worldwide landed its inaugural flight at Singapore Changi Airport on 17 August, linking Changi’s freighter network to a new city link - Cincinnati, Ohio.
