Delhi International Airport has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 26 per cent stake in Delhi Cargo Service Centre to IDFC Alternatives.

Delhi International Airport (DIAL), a subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure (GMR), has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 26 per cent stake in Delhi Cargo Service Centre to IDFC Alternatives.
Delhi Cargo Service Centre is a 74:26 joint venture between Cargo Service Center India Pvt Ltd and DIAL. Cargo Service Center, which is owned by former promoters of Blue Dart, has management and operational control of the JV.
