British Airways World Cargo has announced two new appointments for India and Nepal. Tarun Minocha has been appointed to the position of customer service manager north and east India and Nepal, and Ankush Chawla to the position of commercial manager central India, with immediate effect.
Based in Delhi, Minocha will be responsible for delivering customer service and championing Cargo 2000 in the area. Minocha joined British Airways in 1995 and has worked in a variety of positions in India, including customer services agent and operations coordinator at Delhi airport.
Chawla’s responsibilities will focus on driving revenue and ensuring the effective delivery of BA World Cargo’s commercial plan in the central India market. Chawla has worked for British Airways World Cargo for over three years, most recently as account manager north India, and his new role will be based in Mumbai.
