DHL Freight, one of the leading providers of road freight services in Europe, announced a Peak Season Surcharge effective September to December 2019. The surcharge of average 4% will apply to all full-truckload (FTL), part-truckload (PTL) and less than-truckload (LTL) transport in Europe. This enables DHL Freight to provide its customers with the highest quality of service even as demand continues to outpace available capacity.
