Reacting to the news, the managing director of IAM Ã¢â‚¬” Ireland-based general service and sales agent (GSSA) for American Ã¢â‚¬” Ian McCool said: Ã¢â‚¬Å“The American summer schedule is always welcomed here, because it adds frequency as well as capacity. This is just as important with high-value and urgent shipments such as the pharmaceuticals traffic that now dominate Irish exports.
Ã¢â‚¬Å“An additional bonus is that the AA services to Chicago offer the earliest arrival time from Ireland, opening up the opportunity for same-day transfers to 46 destinations throughout the American Airlines network.Ã¢â‚¬Â
