Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has appointed John Sabol as Senior Vice President, Cargo Operations in North America.
In his new role, he has day-to-day operational responsibility for all WFS cargo stations in North America with the exception of New York JFK and Newark that will continue to report to Adolfo Morales, Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer, North America.
Morales commented: "John’s experience and straightforward approach to improving our operations and problem solving will be invaluable as we look to further develop our cargo operations in North America and increase safety and service for our customers."
WFS is the world’s largest cargo handling organisation, handling 3.5 million tonnes of cargo a year for 300+ airline customers. With total group revenues of €611 million, WFS is present at 115 airports worldwide and employs more than12,000 staff .
