Airports Council International (ACI) World reported global passenger traffic up 5.7% in December 2017 on a year over year basis. Freight volumes record robust increases
According to Airport Council International, the strong growth trend continued with passenger traffic increasing by 6.8% and freight volumes recorded a robust 8.9 increase in July. Fuelled by strengthening global trade and industrial production, freight volumes continued their increase in July.
