The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) has announced plans to build a cargo complex at Lagos’ Murtala Mohammed International Airport. The cargo complex will not only serve warehouse purposes, it will also accommodate the clearing agents who have complained about a severe lack of available space for carrying out their business, according to Nigerian media reports. Seriki Bates, NAHCO managing director, said that the complex will cost about N$1.2 billion (US$8 million), and will be completed within seven months.
