Air France-KLM will defer the deliveries for 10 Boeing 777-300ERs scheduled for delivery in 2015-2016 because of poor financial results and low fuel prices. Kuwait Airways finalise order for 10 B777-300ERs
Boeing and Kuwait Airways have finalised an order for 10 777-300ERs, valued at US$3.3 billion at list prices. The airline originally announced its intent to order the 777-300ER in November. Boeing and Malaysia Airlines celebrated the carrier's 100th 737 direct delivery. The aircraft, a B737-800, arrived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia yesterday. IFL to acquire first Bombardier CRJ200
Bombardier Commercial Aircraft announced that an entity owned by the IFL Group of Waterford, Michigan has signed a firm purchase agreement to acquire the first Bombardier CRJ200 SF (Special Freighter) aircraft. The aircraft will join IFL Group's fleet flying air freight throughout North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. Finnair’s first A350 XWB takes shape
The first A350-900 for Finnair is taking shape in the Roger Béteille Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Toulouse, France. Finnair will be the first European airline to fly the A350 XWB and the third operator in the world. Scheduled for delivery in autumn 2015 the aircraft is now in the fuselage section joining phase. Volga-Dnepr signs B737-400 conversion deal
Boeing Shanghai Aviation Services has signed a B737-400 freighter conversion agreement with Russia based Volga-Dnepr Group. The 737-400 arrived at Boeing Shanghai at the end of November for the passenger-to-freighter conversion; a "C-check" - an extensive check of the airplane's systems and components that can require several days to perform; and full painting.
