Fake Namibia bomb triggers alerts
Just three weeks after an improvised terrorist bomb was found aboard a UPS cargo aircraft, a fake bomb found at a Namibia airport triggered security alerts there and in Germany. The device was bound for Munich aboard an Air Berlin flight.
The scare came just a day after Germany raised its threat level following what the government called "concrete" indications that Islamist militants planned an attack in the coming weeks.
