Blue Dart's sales up, profit down

Blue Dart Express Ltd sees its quarterly sales climb as profit drops year-on-year. Income from operations for the quarter ended 30 September ‘08 was INR 2,628.4 million, compared to INR 2,073 million a year earlier. Profit after tax for the quarter was INR 135.8 million compared to INR 174.3 million in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.
