China Southern to sell 50% MTU stake

China Southern Airlines said it plans to sell a 50 per cent stake in MTU Maintenance Zhuhai to its parent company, China Southern Air Holding for US$235.8 million, according to a Dow Jones report. MTU Maintenance Zhuhai is a 50-50 joint venture between China Southern and MTU Aero Engines, the German manufacturer of commercial and military aero engines.
