GSEC Ltd. has opted for Kale Logistics’ GALAXY, an airport custodian management system, for automation of its activities at Ahmedabad Airport. With this selection, GSEC is now poised to move from its in-house developed legacy application to a globally connected web-based cargo management system which will help it better serve its customers and communicate with all its external stakeholders.
GSEC Ltd deals with both export & import shipments. They are also focused on handling of precious cargo-Silver & Gold apart from other miscellaneous cargo. They were looking forward to replace their existing legacy system with a more standardised solution that could help them rationalise costs & serve a wider range of customers.
With web-based GALAXY, GSEC has completely digitised its custodian/ airport terminal operations and the Customs related messaging, which has been the key highlight as they can now send & receive all customs EDI messages including- SB, LEO, BoE, RFE, IGM, OC, CARR, FFE, LOC, SEG, GP. The system provides extensive reports and visibility of operations to the supervisors and Management of GSEC.
