Norbert Dentressangle Freight Forwarding Air & Sea has launched a four times weekly air freight service from Hong Kong to Paris to meet demand from French importers.

According to official French government figures French imports from Hong Kong increased by +11.6 per cent in 2012 to a total of €272 million, consisting mostly of jewellery, time-pieces, toys and communication devices. Hong Kong is also a major gateway for exports from southern China.

With block space allocations with major airlines, Norbert Dentressangle offers four consolidations per week and a two-day transit time, providing a rapid, regular and highly cost effective service from Hong Kong to Charles de Gaulle. The company also offers a daily trucking service from Southern China to its consolidation facility in Hong Kong, along with onward transportation of consignments on arrival in Paris, offering French importers a genuinely door-todoor service and a single point of contact, from origin to destination.
