AAT system enhancement for e-AWB

Move enables electronic data exchange with airlines and done in support of IATA's e-AWB initiative.

AAT IATA

AAT has set up a dedicated e-AWB counter and developed a series of modules in their Cargo Management System (CMS) to enable the electronic data exchange with airlines. This is done in support of IATA’s e-AWB initiative. Singapore Airlines Cargo and Lufthansa Cargo are taking the lead to launch the e-AWB. Lufthansa Cargo is reportedly agreeable with AAT’s effort and proud that their Hong Kong station is the first in Asia Pacific utilising e-AWB. AAT has worked closely with our airlines to strengthen operations and services. With the implementation of e-AWB, we have improved our customer services with higher productivity and reliability of the digitalised documentation process.
