Hainan Airlines subsidiary has kicked off its first international flights from its home base at Kunming, China with a twice weekly A320 service to Singapore, via Guiyang from 25 January.

Hainan Airlines subsidiary has kicked off its first international flights from its home base at Kunming, China with a twice weekly A320 service to Singapore, via Guiyang from 25 January.

“The scheduled service to Singapore marks the start of Lucky Air’s international expansion. Lucky Air plans to mainly focus on adjacent, Southeast Asian destinations from its base at Kunming’s Changshui International Airport and also fly to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and more cities in South Asia and West Asia,” said Ding Yongzheng, CEO of Lucky Air.

It now operates a fleet of 22 aircraft – A319/320s and B737s – to 42 cities in China and Singapore.
