U-Freight signs deal with China Air Express

The U-Freight Group (UFL) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Beijing-based express courier company, China Air Express Co Ltd (CAE), to explore how each partner can utilise their respective service portfolios to expand coverage for customers and deliver a wider range of international and domestic freight operations.

The U-Freight Group (UFL) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Beijing-based express courier company, China Air Express Co Ltd (CAE), to explore how each partner can utilise their respective service portfolios to expand coverage for customers and deliver a wider range of international and domestic freight operations. Having held an initial signing ceremony at UFL’s recent global conference in Hong Kong, the two companies are now finalising plans for the co-operation, which will focus on B2B cargo deliveries, within a 12-72 hour time-frame.

China Air Express operates six distribution centres in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xian and Shenyang, with Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou as its regional gateways. It provides time definite services to customers, including express courier, charter flights, packing, warehousing, logistics, bonded trucks, as well as the transport of dangerous goods and live animals.

Through this strategic agreement, which will serve as the beginning of a mutually beneficial partnership, CAE will be enhance its network of expedited international freight and logistics services. At the same time it further enhances UFL’s operational strengths in China where its network extends to multiple facilities in most of the country’s key trade gateways, operating under a number of brands, each servicing different trades, or types of industry.
