Emirates finalises paperwork on Airbus mega order

Emirates’ total A380 order sits at 140 and since taking delivery of its first A380 in July and following a twin delivery this month.

News reports have mentioned that Emirates Airline has finalised paperwork on its $23 billion order for 50 Airbus A380s that was announced at the Dubai Airshow last month.Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, signed the firm contract in a recent visit to Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France, according to an Airbus statement.The airline previously said it expects to take delivery of half of this order before the first quarter of 2018.
