WFS to take over cargo handling for BA at Gatwick

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has been awarded the contract to provide freight handling facilities for British Airways World Cargo (BAWC) at London’s Gatwick Airport from December. WFS has started refurbishing and upgrading the 30,000 sq ft freight centre. Patrick Roberts, vice president, UK & Ireland for WFS said that the company planned to grow at Gatwick, which was a key part of its strategic development plan.
