Government allocates $666.8 million for six new cargo terminals

The government of Nigeria has approved $666.8 million for the construction of five new international terminals and six new cargo terminals. The international and cargo terminals will be built in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Kano. In addition, an international terminal will be constructed at Enugu and a cargo terminal will be put up at Asaba. Of the 11 terminals, six will handle perishable cargo.
