Global air services provider dnata has signed a pre-let agreement with the Scottish Widows Investment Partnership for a 141,500 sq ft cargo warehouse hub at London Heathrow Airport.  The pre-let is the first phase of the development of the park, and work should start later this year. There is the potential for a further warehouse facility of 70,000 sq ft that could be developed on the remaining 3.5 acres. According to Paul Cole, interim chief executive officer of dnata UK, said that the investment marked a big move in dnata’s cargo capacity in the UK market.
