Air China Cargo has chalked out plans to launch all-cargo service to the Vietnamese market in the third quarter, Titus Diu, the carrier’s chief operating officer was quoted in a release. The service to be combined on a flight to Singapore will be routed from Shanghai to Singapore and on to Ho Chi Minh City and back to Shanghai.
Air China Cargo has joined a host of cargo operators interested in the Vietnam market this year. Among the carriers are Saudia Cargo, Emirates and Air Hong Kong. Korea’s Asiana Cargo also has plans to start freighter service to Hanoi.
