Kong said the current LCCT was designed as a temporary airport and added that the new LCCT Ã¢â‚¬“ with a 3,660 metre long runway Ã¢â‚¬“ would be able to handle a maximum passenger capacity of 30 million people per year and have parking stands for 76 aircraft.
