Now before we go any further, we have to issue the caveat that weÃ¢â‚¬™ve never claimed to be multi-lingual here at Belly Ache Central. So of course itÃ¢â‚¬™s no surprise that we took great amusement in the subject line….particularly the part that says Ã¢â‚¬Å“Marc ÃƒÂ quittÃƒ© Air FranceÃ¢â‚¬Â…ok, so does that, like mean he QUIT!? Actually no. Alas it only means he Ã¢â‚¬Å“leftÃ¢â‚¬Â Air France. Funny how language works huh!?! But wait, thereÃ¢â‚¬™s more! Check out the next line. Apparently Marc will be out of the office from the 15 September 2008 until 1 January 2051. We know the labour scene in France is trÃƒÂ¨s bizzare, but wow, that is some kinda retirement plan! Really, 43 years of retirement and then you have to come back to the office…mon dieu. We sincerely hope Ms Parly negotiated a better contract.
