This integration will result in integrated commercial teams under a joint management coordinated with Delta Cargo within the Air France-KLMDelta financial joint venture on North Atlantic routes.
Air France and KLM joined forces in May 2004, resulting in Ã¢â‚¬Å“one group, two airlines, three businessesÃ¢â‚¬Â (passenger, cargo and engineering and maintenance). In October 2005, Air France Cargo and KLM Cargo integrated their worldwide commercial activities creating Ã¢â‚¬Å“one faceÃ¢â‚¬Â to the market. However, the US market was an exception to this integration due to antitrust restrictions.
