AirBridgeCargo Airlines, Volga- Dnepr Group’s scheduled cargo airline, expanded its freight services from Europe to Russia with a new twice weekly service between Milan, Italy and Moscow using B747 freighter aircraft as an extension of the airline’s Amsterdam service .

“We will continue to expand our operations where ABC and its customers see opportunities to do so,” said Tatyana Arslanova, ABC’s executive senior vice president, strategy, marketing and sales. “In Milan, we have succeeded in gaining a strong, regular commitment from the local freight forwarding industry.”

ABC operates 31 flights a week to and from Moscow’s Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports, linking Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Budapest and Zaragoza with Beijing, Shanghai, Narita and Hong Kong. The airline also operates scheduled all-cargo services to Krasnoyarsk in Russia.
