The body was that of a 65-year-old San Diego-area man who died of early onset AlzheimerÃ¢â‚¬™s Disease and was supposed to go to a laboratory so samples could be taken for medical research. US Airways released a statement saying the problem was caused by a Ã¢â‚¬Å“verbal miscommunication between a delivery driver and the cargo representative.Ã¢â‚¬Â The airline said itÃ¢â‚¬™s deeply sorry. Oh and by the way…oops part two, the fish died too!
