Jet Airways has announced a wet lease agreement with Gulf Air and Turkish Airlines of two A330-200 aircraft for a period of four months to Gulf Air and three B777-300 ER aircraft for a period of six months to Turkish.

The two aircraft were rendered surplus as a result of route re-structuring and a cost saving programme undertaken by Jet to counter the effects of the economic slowdown and global financial crisis.
