Citing fuel costs, Taiwanese airline Eva Airways is to cut international flights by five to 10 per cent in the three months to November 2008, affecting 60 to 80 flights. Long-haul flights, in particular to Amsterdam, Los Angeles and San Francisco will be most affected.
