UK parcel, mail and logistics services group Business Post has reported "strong" revenue growth for the year to 31 March as a whole and during the fourth quarter of that period.
That was one of the key points made by the London stock market-listed company in a pre-close period trading update released this week.
The Business Post group’s revenue for the latest financial year had increased by 10.1 per cent on the previous year. Excluding revenue from a FedEx contract that terminated on 30 April 2007, the underlying group revenue had increased by 16.5 per cent.
Business Post revealed that the group had "maintained strong revenue growth, both during the fourth quarter and for the year as a whole", adding that its overall performance was in line with board expectations.
