British Airways World Cargo has launched a third daily Dubai flight as part of its winter schedule.
The UK carrier stated that the additional B777 passenger/bellyhold cargo service, operated from London Heathrow, would both increase cargo capacity in the region and also give customers greater access to its global network in the UK and Ireland, Europe and the US.
BA World Cargo’s area commercial manager, Middle East, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, Johnny Rubio, commented: "This new service demonstrates our commitment to providing customers with access to the strategic global markets critical for their Courier and Prioritise shipments.
This additional flight will make it even easier for customers to link to key European destinations on our shorthaul freighter programme such as Milan, Munich and Leipzig."
