The launch of the new dedicated fl eet of three Boeing 737-300F and two ATR42 aircraft, together with Toll’s current fifty charter aircraft, provides a key platform for freighter services. In addition, Toll and Virgin Blue have agreed to enter into a long-term arrangement for the provision of freight capacity of Virgin Blue fleet.

According to Little, the agreement enables Toll to secure important bellyhold capacity and operational management throughout the Virgin Blue network, and provides Virgin Blue with a strong revenue stream which is anticipated to grow rapidly.
